3D Studio VIZ:
Materials and Rendering
The 3D Studio VIZ: Materials and Rendering course is
designed for the beginning 3D Studio VIZ user. It covers basic to
advanced material creation, material mapping as well as lighting and
rendering. Successful graduates of this course will be able to import
existing geometry into 3D Studio VIZ and create photorealistic
renderings. If you have access to a color printer (not required for the
course) you will print photorealistic pictures of your renderings. For
examples of renderings created by students in previous courses
click here. Note you must have access to 3D Studio VIZ
3i for this course.

Refund
Policy
Students are eligible for a full refund of
tuition if officially withdrawn from class before the start date. NO
refunds will be issued on textbooks and other course material. Students
requesting withdrawal from a class must do so by sending an E-MAIL to
cadregister@cadinstitute.com. Tuition refunds that result from
officially withdrawing will be made in accordance with the following
dates:

Additional Information
 | Keep in mind this is a comprehensive course on
creating photorealistic renderings with 3D Studio VIZ. You should
expect to spend a MINIMUM of 10 hours per week on the course. |
 | Note you must have the required equipment and
software to enroll and successfully complete the course. |
 | While there is no pre-requisite for the course, you
should be familiar with basic computer operations. You should know how
to use E-MAIL to send and receive files, feel comfortable using the
internet, be familiar with basic file management procedures (creating
a subdirectory, opening and closing a file etc). |
